DESERT PROPOSAL

I have woken thinking this today, I am going to Alice Springs and in the Desert and in a wild open plain of red sand it is my intention to make a large circular imprint in the sand. Concentric rings expanding out as rings on water or on the vinyl disk.
The vast central remoteness of Northern Territories Australia. Leave a print in the sand. A mark symbolic of a presence in the sand and a wonderful opportunity for an event.

The trip to the Desert and associated imagery will become the work.
